Spring 2015 One Room Challenge: The Finale

It's the final week of the One Room Challenge and to say that I'm a little disappointed that I don't have a completely finished room to share would be the understatement of the century. That being said, I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished and feel confident that I will be able to share the grand reveal with you in the next couple of days. Over the past six weeks I have cut, sanded, caulked, sanded, painted, tufted, sewn, upholstered, rearranged, and shed a few tears. You can check out my progress from the beginning here.

I may be progressing a little slower than I would like, but I'm proud to say that I'm still progressing.  I plan on spending my day sewing my heart out to complete pillows for the dining bench. Then I need to wrap up a DIY frame and take final pictures and the reveal will be good to go!

Here is a quick picture of the fabrics that I settled on for pillows.

I hope you will check back in a few days to see the big reveal in the meantime, don't forget to click here to see all of the other inspiring transformations.

  1. I really love the combination of fabric you chose! Sorry to hear you still have some more work to finish up before your room is complete. It's looking good! Gool luck with the last few projects! Can't wait to see the end result!

  2. I'm sorry you are disappointed. You should not be. Look how far you came and what you accomplished. It is about the process and moving forward. I love your fabric selection and can't wait to see all of this when it's finished.
