One Room Challenge: Week 5

Welcome to week five of my One Room Challenge! To find out what the One Room Challenge is all about and catch up on the first four weeks click here.

I have been a busy bee for the last seven days! I have crossed off the majority of my to do list and I am feeling seriously accomplished! Not to say that I don't have a lot of little details to wrap up, but I'm happy to say that most of the big stuff is out of the way.

Here is a glimpse at a few progress pictures from the past week.
I created a roman shade using cheap mini blinds as a base. I realize that there are already a million tutorials on how to use mini blinds to create a roman shade, but next week there will be a million and one. ;)

For those of you that follow me on Instagram you already know that I started installing the grasscloth. Three walls down and one to go!!

I painted the remaining doors in the hallway black. Nothing ground breaking but at least I can check it off my list.

Here is one more picture of the actual grasscloth and fabric together. I took it with my iPhone so the picture doesn't do the combination justice but it really is fantastic together. I am beyond pleased with how the room is coming together!

That's all I am going to share with you today. Check out my Instagram to see more updates throughout the week and come back next Thursday for the full reveal!!

Make sure to check out all of the other One Room Challenge participants here.
